Jakarta to Yogyakarta by train

We took the Taksaka train (executive class) from Gambir Station, Jakarta to Yogyakarta.  When we boarded I was a little worried by the fact that almost all of the windows had cracks in them, probably from rocks being thrown at the train, but the ride itself was fine.  It also turned out to be the nicest train we rode in Indonesia.  It cost about 200,000 RUP (US $18/person) for the 8 hour ride, which included a meal, as well as tea and water.  You can also buy snacks and drinks from people walking up and down the isles, and we got some good priced cashew nuts.  It was a comfortable ride, with plenty of leg room and luggage storage overhead.
