July 5, 2009:
It’s time to head home! It’s been a wonderful 7 month adventure, but we are looking forward to going back to California. We don’t technically have a home to go back to right now, but it will still be nice to be back where things are familiar and friends and family are close. And we CAN’T WAIT to get Chipotle burritos! 7 months without a burrito is definitely a record :).
I had been getting wary of moving every 3 days and starting to want to get home to rest after only 3 months of traveling, but the day we were flying home I was a bit sad and wished the adventure would continue!
George already has lots more adventures brewing in his mind, so we’ll see, who knows what his next crazy idea will be :).
Now that we’re back we are looking forward to seeing all the friends and family who we haven’t visited in a while. See you soon!
